A forty-one-year-old businessman, known in private life as Enoch Ekuoba Gyasi, has been also installed as the Krontihene of Sefwi Chirano Traditional Council. They bestowed on him the stool name Nana Kwadwo Mpan Ababio-Oko Ahiko.

Nana Kwadwo Mpan Ababio-Oko Ahiko from the Agona Royal Family succeeds his late uncle Nana Kwadwo Mpan II,who died over a decade ago.

Nana Kwadwo Mpan Ababio-Oko Ahiko swore the customary oath to the Omanhene of Chirano Traditional Council Okogeaman Kwaku Gyamprah III and his elders after he had gone through the necessary customary rites.

Okogeaman Kwaku Gyamprah III, the Chirano Omanhene advised the newly installed Krontihene to team up with the other contestant for peace to prevail.

He pleaded with the people of the town to support the new Krontihene in all his endeavors to bring more development projects to Surano “A” as well as the Chirano Traditional Council.

In his address, Nana Kwadwo Mpan Ababio-Oko Ahiko thanked the Omanhene of Chirano Traditional Council Okogeaman Kwaku Gyamprah III and his elders for the confidence reposed in him.

He assured Okogeaman Kwaku Gyamprah III, his elders and the people to work hard to uplift the good image of Surano “A” Community.
