A/R : Tano Odumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College Admits Fresh Students

Tano Odumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College (NMTC) has admitted over 100 fresh students to pursue various nursing programmes.

Tano Odumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College a state own institution and it is located in Tano Odumasi in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region.

The newly admitted students will undertake a Registered Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery programme.

Mr.Kyei Baffour Asiamah, the Acting Administrator of the school speaking with Bibianinews.com said the Tano Odumasi NMTC is a new school and as freshly admitted students, the primary responsibility was to focus on their education in order to achieve their goals of becoming professional nurses and midwives.

“The process of becoming nurses and midwives requires self-discipline, diligence, commitment, self-control and hard work,” he added

He noted that the core function of the college was to create skillful discipline and dedicated nurses and midwives.

Mr Kyei Baffour Asiamah further said the success story of the school could not be attained without discipline and hard work, which were keys to achieving academic excellence.

He praised the Member of Parliament for the area Hon.Issac Kwame Asiamah for lobben for the school.

The acting principal, Mr.Bayor Bamaanur Blay, advised students to work hard, manage their time and cultivate good friends if they wanted a bright future.
