IF YOU COMMIT AND DO YOUR DUTY AS A POLITICIAN, THERE WON’T BE MONEY IN POLITICS - MR LORD SWANZY

 Today, the National Commission For Civic Education (NCCE) in the Western North Region holds Inter Party Dialogue Committee Meeting for stakeholders in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality at the Sefwi Wiawso Ghana Health Service Conference Hall.

According to the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Director of NCCE, Mr Lord Swanzy said that the main idealistic behind the meeting today is to sanitize its stakeholders on how to prevail *Peace* in the upcoming General Election.

According to him they are calling for all these meetings to meet the possible interest of peace during the Election Poll’s that’s why they called all the Political Parties Rep’s, the Ghana Police Service Personnel’s, the Person’s With Disabilities, the Imams, representative from the Christianity and other stakeholders to come and join them to fight for *Peace* in the upcoming General Election Poll’s.

He furthered it’s by saying that, it’s because we the Civilians has empowered the politicians to practice the act of *Money In Politics* in their campaign’s by giving as money before we vote for them and not forgetting that the money that they’re sharing is from no one or not from the government.

So after gaining and winning the power from us to become the MP or the President, then is there that the person is going to make an accountable and expenses on what he or she spent during the campaign to gain his or her resources back?

Finally, he lamented on the impact of Money In Politics and its possible solutions to drive corruption and bribery from the government and the country as a whole.
