B/A/B : " Always Pray Salat At The Exact  Times " - Bekwai Immam

Muslims are expected to pray five times a day, observe a prayer on Fridays, and observe the annual Festival Eid prayers on the right days and at the right times.

However, according to Alhaji Abdullai Nurudeen, the Sefwi Bekwai Chief Immam, all Muslims are who do not offer prayers at the right times are wrong, saying that “When you are always late for salat it says a lot about you”

Delivering the keynote address before the outdooring of the new mosque donated by Good Growth Support Foundation to Sefwi Nyetina Muslims Community, Alhaji Abdullai Nurudeen explained that when a Muslim is always late for salat, it says a lot about him and his character. It shows that he lacks discipline, internal strength, and integrity to be where he or she is supposed to be ‘on time’ for your most important appointments of the day and you are not dependable.

No one he said likes to say about themselves that they’re not dependable or lacks discipline, but actions speak louder than words, and being late for salat is the first warning that you are on a slippery slope towards being late in everything else in your life.

If you are wondering why there is a delay in your sustenance, in your marriage, in your work, in your health, look into your salat : are you delaying it?

With a message about the story of Prophet Mohammed and teachings from the Quran, he encouraged Muslims to reflect on their ways and to perform good deeds, reminding them that no religion is to blame for their negative actions but that it reflects their own choices and decisions.

He also stressed signifying building a house of God, as it is a blessing not only for the person or family that constructs it but also for generations to come and expressed his gratitude to Allah for their success.

He urged all those gathered to seek Allah’s mercy and guidance in carrying out their religious duties so that they can reap the blessings of Allah both in this world and in the.

In his welcome address, Good Growth Support Foundation country Director Shaikh Musa Mohammed drew comparisons between building the new mosque and the story of Abraham and Ishmael building the mosque in Mecca, as mentioned in the Holly Quran. He acknowledged that while their efforts were a fraction of what Abraham and Ishmael achieved, it was still a significant milestone for the local Muslim community.

He acknowledged the achievement made by the organization and appealed to the beneficiary to develop the spirit of maintenance.
