The Western North Regional Manager of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Mr. Gorden Amor Boahen has tasked the providers to deepen a relationship with clients and encouraged them to report any issues of top up payment at various health facilities who charge an unofficial amount with evidence to their outfit for redress.

 According to Mr Amor Boahen, they have been receiving calls and complaints from various cards holders but working hard to avoid that canker.

Speaking with Bibianinews.com, he encouraged subscribers of the National Health Insurance Scheme to use the NHIS mobile app and other online platform for easy and faster services.
