W/N/R: 3,741 Candidates Partake In BECE In Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality

The Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Exams Coordinator, Mr. Isaac Duku, has announced that a total of 3,741 candidates have registered to sit for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). The examination will involve 121 schools, comprising 80 public schools with a total of 3,038 candidates (1,512 boys and 1,526 girls) and 41 private schools with a total of 703 candidates (328 boys and 375 girls).

According to the statistics, 1,840 boys and 1,901 girls are set to take the examination. The municipality has put in place necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination. A total of 17 examination centers have been assigned for the examination process.

Mr. Duku advised students and teachers to shun examination malpractice and instead focus on academic excellence. He urged them to prioritize hard work and integrity, ensuring a fair and transparent examination process. By doing so, candidates can achieve their true potential and earn their certificates with dignity.
