W/N: NATIONAL HOUSE OF CHIEFS PRESIDENT CALLS FOR PEACE AND VIGILANCE DURING CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

The president for National House of Chiefs and Omanhene of Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional area, OGYEAHOHO YAW GYEBI II has appealed to the inhabitants of Sefwi land and Ghana at large to uphold and maintain the peaceful coexistence we have enjoyed for years as we celebrate the Christmas festivity.

In an interview with Bibianinews com AkuapimHann, he emphasized the importance of drivers prioritizing passenger safety and avoiding excessive speeding to prevent accidents, considering the poor condition of many roads.

On his part, Bibiani-Anwhiaso-Bekwai Municipal Fire Commander, DO II Enoch Tetteh, also cautioned hunters not to send fire to the bush since the harmattan season has began.

Mr Tetteh furthered that we should be wary of gas cylinders at home while asking parents to keep matches out of children’s reach. Weak electrical cables should also be replaced.
