Mr. Oheneba Kwame Acheampong, the Western North Regional Acting Director for the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), said that Over-speeding causes about 90% of major road accidents. He is appealing to all drivers to stop Over-speeding in order to reduce the death rate on our roads during and after the Easter festive season.

Speaking to Bibianinews.com, Mr. Oheneba Kwame Acheampong urges drivers to desist from taking alcohol, Wee toffee, and Ekikimi when using our road.

He also advised passengers to report drivers who Over-speeding on the road when they get to the police barriers.
