Speaker Bagbin Lauds Scholarship Initiative

The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin, has expressed his heartfelt appreciation for scholarship initiatives in the country. Speaking to the media in Parliament, Speaker Bagbin recounted his experiences as a young Minority Leader in 2001, when he faced numerous challenges.
