Let's do away with corruption and greediness as we pray for God to sustain and protect our nation Ghana _ Sefwi Bekwai Methodist Bishop advices

The Diocesan Bishop of the Methodist Church, Sefwi Bekwai Dioces , Rt. Rev. John Baidoo has urged appointees of government, institutional heads and all civil servants to distance themselves from  bribery and corruption, greedyness and the like so our country Ghana can Prosper in all spheres as we pray for God's guidance and protection.

Rt Rev. John Kwasi Baidoo highlighted these at the Trinity Assemblies of God Church in Bibiani during the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality version of the National Day of Prayer and thanks giving under the theme: REFLICT, RESET, AND RENEWAL FOR NATIONAL PROSPERITY.

Hon Sabestian Obeng,the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) expressed his profound gratitude to the President, John Dramani Mahama for instituting the national day of prayer and thanks giving program.

He called on the Youth to desist from polluting our waters bodies and destruction of our forest reserves and go into skills training to get self employed work, adding that better still they can do approved small scale mining to make ends meet.

He further urged the Youth to desist from drug addiction and keep themselves well to live for long and take over from our Elders in the near future.

On the other hand, the Member of Parliament for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Constituency, Hon Bright Asamoah Brefo also in speech thanked the leadership of the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal local Council of Churches, and the Muslim leadership for their commitment to pray the Ghana and by extension Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai municipality.

He said he as MP has lobbied for ten (10) major projects which are all in the pipeline and needed massive prayers from men of God like them to see the light of the day . He again asked the clergy to always pray for him and the MCE,  Hon Sebastian Obeng, the Youth at the various "gattoes" in the Municipality since they are the future of our nation Ghana. He also touched on keeping to the the Covid_ 19 Protocols so we can avoid its coming back to the municipality completely .
