Hon. Mohammad Abdalla Adam, the Assembly Member for the Bibiani Zongo Electoral Area and Presiding Member for the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Assembly, has called on Assembly Members and local leaders to unite and work together towards the development of the municipality.
Speaking during an interview with the media, Hon. Mohammad Abdalla Adam emphasized the importance of unity, cooperation, and collective leadership in addressing the developmental challenges facing communities within the municipality.
According to him, leadership is a responsibility entrusted to individuals to serve the interests of the people and not for personal gain. He therefore urged all Assembly Members to put aside differences and focus on initiatives that would improve the living conditions of residents.
“As leaders, we must come together and work in unity to serve our people. Development can only be achieved when we cooperate and fight for the welfare of our communities,” he stated.
The Presiding Member noted that the municipality can achieve significant progress when Assembly Members work hand-in-hand with the Municipal Assembly, traditional authorities, opinion leaders, and residents to promote development projects.
He explained that issues such as poor roads, sanitation challenges, unemployment, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment require collective efforts and commitment from all stakeholders.
Hon. Mohammad Abdalla Adam further assured residents that he is committed to working closely with fellow Assembly Members to ensure effective leadership, accountability, and transparency in the administration of the Assembly.
He also appealed to residents of the municipality to support the Assembly by cooperating with local authorities and participating actively in community development activities.
According to him, unity among leaders and citizens remains one of the key factors needed to accelerate growth and development within the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality.
The Presiding Member expressed optimism that through teamwork, dedication, and commitment, the municipality would continue to witness progress and improved living conditions for its people.
