Fonda Impact Global (FIG) has commemorated this year’s International Women's Day with an impactful event at Sefwi Chirano Community Day Senior High School, bringing together students, educators, and community members under the inspiring theme: “Confidence Cycle: Give, Gain and Grow.”

The event formed part of FIG’s ongoing commitment to empowering young people—especially girls—to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and embrace opportunities for personal growth and community impact.

Delivering the keynote address, Ms. Fonda Nafisatu, Founder of Fonda Impact Global, emphasized the importance of self-belief and continuous development in shaping the future of young women. She encouraged students to see confidence not just as a trait, but as a cycle that requires intentional effort.

“Confidence begins with what you give—your time, your effort, your courage. As you give, you gain knowledge, experience, and strength. And through that process, you grow into the best version of yourself,” she stated.
