ECG: PREPAID WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN BIBIANI SOON-MANAGER ASSURES

Ing. JOSEPH ANEERI, Electricity Company of Ghana’s Manager for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality, has assured residents of Bibiani township and other areas that very soon ECG will introduce prepaid electricity which most people are yearning for.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Bibianinews.com AkuapemHann, he noted that prepaid meters depend on network, so the company is taking steps to make sure to introduce it says problems.

According to him, they want to be sure of strong network if not it would have been started beginning of this year.

He advised miscreants involved in power theft (illegal connection) to desist for it while urging clients who are indebted to the company to settle it because they also purchase the power.

Paying your debts helps them to extend electrical power to new sites.
