Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai National Service Secretariat holds orientation for NSS persons posted in classrooms

The Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal National Service Secretariat has organised a day orientation programme for trainee teachers.

In a brief remark on the orientation, the Municipal NSS Director Mr Samuel Kwagyire admonished the 2023/2024 National Service Personnel who have been deployed to the classroom to adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure during their one-year period of service.

He said “equipping National Service Personnel with this skill is going to make them more efficient in the classroom as they support our various agencies in helping us deliver an effective curriculum.”

He emphasized the need for service personnel to adhere to standards during the period of their service.

He said, “This training does not make participant qualified teachers by any standard.” He further stated that “if the personnel want to be qualified teachers after their service, they have to enroll in the process.”
