Assembly Member Warns Against Dumping Refuse in Water Bodies

Eric Antwi Boasiako Assembly Member for Hwenampori electoral area in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region has expressed concern over the indiscriminate disposal of rubbish by residents.

He has urged them to stop throwing waste into surrounding water bodies, warning that anyone caught engaging in this practice will be apprehended and handed over to sanitation officers and traditional authorities.

The Assembly Member emphasized the importance of proper waste disposal and the need for residents to adopt good sanitation practices. He encouraged the community to work together to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
