SEFWI PATABOSO, WESTERN NORTH REGION — The Deputy Managing Director of Ghana Post Company Limited, Lawyer Stephen Kingsley Bennie, has donated 30 bags of cement and an undisclosed amount of money to support infrastructure improvements at Sefwi Pataboso M/A Basic School in the Western North Region.

The donation is intended to help address the deteriorating condition of the school's floor, which has developed deep holes and become a concern for the safety and comfort of pupils and teachers.

The items were presented on behalf of Lawyer Bennie by his Personal Assistant (PA), Nana Appiah Mensah Nhyiraba.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the school, the Headmaster, Mr Michael Saidu, expressed gratitude to Lawyer Bennie for responding to the school's appeal for assistance.

According to Mr Saidu, Lawyer Bennie visited the school some time ago and was informed about the poor state of the classroom floor. During the visit, the headmaster appealed to him to support efforts to address the situation.

Mr Saidu commended the Deputy Managing Director for his generosity and willingness to support the school, noting that the donation would contribute to efforts to improve the learning environment.

The gesture underscores the importance of individual contributions and community support in addressing infrastructure challenges facing educational institutions, particularly schools that require additional resources to provide safe and conducive environments for teaching and learning.
