MP Calls for Qualified Teachers to Apply
Hon. Kofi Afful Benteh, the Member of Parliament for Sefwi Wiawso Constituency, has announced that the constituency is recruiting qualified teachers to fill vacancies in various schools.
This announcement was made during the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly's First Ordinary Meeting of the Second Session of the Ninth Assembly.
Hon. Benteh stated that individuals with a diploma, degree, or licensure certificate in education are eligible to apply. He emphasized that there are multiple job portals open for the youth to reduce the unemployment rate in the constituency.
The MP also highlighted the importance of collaboration between the government and the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) to ensure the successful implementation of developmental projects.
He noted that the District Assembly Common Fund has seen an unprecedented increase of almost 88%, which will enable the assembly to undertake more projects.
