Great joy, worship, and thanksgiving filled the atmosphere as Great God International Ministry celebrated its 15th anniversary under the inspiring theme, “The Lord Has Helped Us.” The landmark occasion brought together congregants, church leaders, invited clergy, dignitaries, and well-wishers to reflect on God's faithfulness and the remarkable journey of the ministry.
The event was graced by the Founder and General Overseer of the church, Bishop Dr. Isaac Boahen, who led the congregation in heartfelt praise and worship. In a powerful address, he expressed deep gratitude to God for sustaining the ministry from its humble beginnings to its current impactful state.
He also extended appreciation to the leadership team, church members, and partners whose dedication and sacrifice have contributed significantly to the ministry’s growth.
“We have faced many challenges along the way, but through it all, God has been faithful. This milestone is a testament to His goodness and mercy. Indeed, the Lord has helped us, and we believe greater things lie ahead,” Bishop Boahen declared.
He recounted testimonies of transformed lives, spiritual breakthroughs, and the ministry’s commitment to evangelism, humanitarian outreach, and community support. He reaffirmed the church’s vision to continue spreading the Gospel and being a beacon of hope to the underprivileged.
The anniversary celebration featured powerful sermons, soul-lifting choral music, drama presentations, and testimonies of healing and deliverance. Several departments of the church made special presentations, showcasing the growth and unity of the ministry over the years.
Special Guest Speaker, Chief Apostle Dr. Seth Kwabena Gyasi, Founder and General Overseer of Angelic Anointing Chapel, commended Great God International Ministry for its steadfastness in the work of the Kingdom.
He called for greater unity among Christians, emphasizing that the body of Christ must stand together to fulfill the Great Commission.
“The Church of Christ must walk in unity, love, and purpose. Our strength lies in our togetherness. When we unite, we can impact nations for Christ,” Chief Apostle Gyasi urged.
Church leaders used the platform to reaffirm their commitment to advancing the mission of evangelism, discipleship, youth development, and community transformation. Members were encouraged to remain steadfast, prayerful, and supportive as the ministry steps into a new chapter of divine assignment.
