NPP PRIMARIES SEFWI AKONTOMBRA MP DECLARES INTENSION TO CONTEST IN 2024.

The NPP Member of Parliament for Sefwi Akontombra constituency in the Western North Region, Alex Djornobuah Tetteh has declared his intention to contest for the seat again. 

Hon.Alex Djornobuah Tetteh became an MP for the constituency in 2016. He won also in 2020 and now seeking to be reelected as a Parliamentary candidate and possibly a third- time MP for the area. He told Bibianinews.com’s news Obrempong Kwame Yeboah about his decision during his and Entourage engagement with some communities such as Kofikrom, Nyamebekyere, Asiekrom, Bopa, Asantekrom, Nkwadum, and others in the constituency.

He said he would pick a form to contest t to the primaries when the nomination is opened. The MP was optimistic that the constituents, especially the delegates, would support him to lead the party and possibly become the MP for the area to ensure the continuation of development in the area.

During his engagement with community leaders and residents, the MP showed his commitment to developing any single community in the constituency. He asked for unflinching support from the people to rally behind him to develop the Akontombra constituency.

Meanwhile, some chiefs and residents in the communities commended the MP for the enviable development projects brought to the area. They pledged to rally their support for him when the time arises.
