Media Practitioners Urged to Practice Objectivity and Professionalism
The Chairman of the Western North Regional Peace Council and Catholic Bishop for Sefwi Wiawso Diocese, Most Reverend Samuel Nkuah Boateng, has called on media personalities to practice professionalism in their duties. He emphasized the importance of objectivity and neutrality in reporting to promote peace and prevent chaos in the country.
Most Reverend Boateng highlighted the media's crucial role in disseminating information, stressing that the profession's relevance demands decent practice. He urged media practitioners to promote peace on various occasions.
The Bishop suggested that the government could support journalists by providing training to enhance professionalism in the media, ultimately contributing to a more informed and peaceful society.
