The Member of Parliament for Sefwi Wiawso Constituency, Hon. Kofi Afful Benteh, has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting constituents through various initiatives aimed at improving their living conditions and promoting development in the area.
He gave the assurance during a community engagement following financial assistance provided to 96 tertiary and secondary school students to support their educational needs.
According to Hon. Benteh, his commitment to serving the people goes beyond politics and is driven by his desire to improve lives, create opportunities and help residents achieve a better standard of living.

According to the beneficiaries, the support comes at a time when many parents and guardians are struggling to pay school fees and provide basic educational necessities for their children because of economic challenges.
They explained that the financial assistance would help them purchase books, pay part of their school fees and meet other academic expenses.
One of the beneficiaries, a Level 300 student at the University of Education, Winneba, commended Hon. Benteh for investing in the future of young people.
The student described the MP's gesture as an example of leadership that prioritises the welfare and future prospects of the youth.

The parent noted that assistance of this nature could make a meaningful difference in the lives of families facing financial difficulties while trying to keep their children in school.
The beneficiaries and their supporters consequently appealed to other well-meaning individuals, philanthropists and community leaders to emulate the gesture by investing in education and supporting initiatives that improve the lives of young people.
They stressed that sustained investment in education remains essential to developing the human resource base of Sefwi Wiawso and creating opportunities for future generations.
