Crime : About 36-Year-Old Man Butchers younger Brother's Wife To Death At Sefwi Surano

A 30-year-old man identified as Emmanuel Ackaah popularly known as Kwao Kesse a galamseyer and okada rider has allegedly butchered his younger brother’s wife to death at Sefwi Surano in Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region.

According to the report gathered by Bibianinews.com,the 17-year-old deceased Bernice Awini, known as Moomi, was pregnant for six months.

The suspect was the deceased younger brother’s wife and they all live in the same house at Sefwi Surano.

Bibianinews.com report reveals that the suspect is allegedly mentally unstable.

Assembly member for the area Mr Attah Frances, on his part explained that he attended a football match at Sefwi Atwibo and while he was on his way to the house, he received a phone call that Emmanuel Ackaah has butchers his younger brother’s wife to death.

He added that the suspect try to escape but he was arrested by the residents and handed over to the police. The police also took the deceased body to the Bibiani Sefwi Anhwiaso Community Hospital morgue for further investigations.
