B/A/B: Believers in Christ adviced to repent from their sins

Rev Ebenezer Paani Buer, the Church of Pentecost Sefwi Bekwai Area - Bibiani Hwenampire District head Pastor, has advice all Christians to repent their sins and other immoral acts as they celebrate Easter festivals.

In his Easter convention message held at Bibiani Hwenampire school park with the Theme: Christ died to save you from sin! Repent and Believe the Goodnews (1 Cor, 15:3b; Roman 4:25, Mark 1:15b, Rev Paani noted that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ should signify that God is with humankind not to religious leaders only.

He encouraged Christians to focus on their salvation, explaining that Jesus’ resurrection had given Christians the power and authority to do everything that seemed impossible.

Rev Paani explained that manifesting the power to overcome the impossible was in Christ’s resurrection.

With utmost humility, he urged Christians to embrace the Easter period as an opportunity to reconcile with God and their neighbors.

He also asked the Christians to desist from acts of hypocrisy to their friends, like what Judas Iscariot did to Jesus Christ, saying that this has resulted in conflicts in communities.

He advised the congregation to cultivate the habit of forgiveness in order to strengthen their daily relationship with God, since forgiveness is a necessity rather than an option for Christians.
