A 75-year-old man, Ibrahim Laa, was found dead at Manso Deduako in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti Region. The deceased, a father of three, was found with stab wounds, according to residents.

According to Hon. Gyawu Emmanuel, the Assembly Member for the Gyeduako Electoral Area, the incident occurred around 7:30 pm this evening. Hon. Emmanuel disclosed that one suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder and is currently in Manso Adubia police custody, assisting with investigations.

The body of the deceased has been conveyed to the Saint Martin's Hospital at Manso Agroyesum for an autopsy.
