NHIA INTRODUCES THE PULPIT SYSTEM

The National Health Insurance Authority has introduced the Customer/Member Experience Point, also known as the PULPIT 

The PULPIT is an initiative aimed at educating NHIS card holders at facilities on the NHIS Benefit Package and also assisting them to access healthcare without hassles.

The NHIA has deployed staff at large and busy facilities to educate the public on their rights and responsibilities under the NHIS. 

They are also to solve, at first hand, any disagreement that may arise out of the use of their NHIS card. 

NHIS card holders are to look out for the podium with the NHIS Symbol at all health facilities and report all nagging issues for immediate redress.
