Mystery as Unidentified Woman Found Dead in Bush at Anyinamso No. 1

Residents of Anyinamso No. 1 in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region have been thrown into a state of fear and shock following the discovery of the body of an unidentified young woman hanging in a nearby forest.

According to information gathered by Bibianinews.com, the deceased, believed to be about 27 years old, was found hanging from a rope tied to a tree deep inside a bush close to the community. Residents who made the gruesome discovery immediately alerted local authorities.

Community members suspect the woman may have been dead for about three days before her body was found, as it had begun to decompose. However, the exact cause of death and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unknown.

Following the discovery, officials from the Mpasatia Police Command, Environmental Health officers, and traditional authorities visited the scene to assess the situation. Due to the state of the body and in line with public health regulations and local customary practices, the deceased was buried under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
