The press, Ladies and Gentlemen, we have gathered here today to set the record straight.

Teacher Unions who had meet former president Mahama are ungrateful.

Former president Mahama treated teacher unions during his tenure and today, he is turning around and create the impression that he is still a better option.

Former president Mahama has nothing good to offer this country. He wants to come back just to collapse free SHS. Teacher Unions like NAGRAT and GNAT and so on should open their eyes. Mahama is only deceiving them, he can’t address their concerns for even a day.

Former president Mahama is an incompetent leader and he will suffer another shameful defeat in this year’s general elections.

Ladies and Gentlemen,NPP government has taken steps to address certain concerns raised by the Teacher Unions. Among these actions, the government has committed to completing distributing laptops to all teachers by the end of June.

President Akufo Addo and vice president Bawumia led the government has interest of teachers at heart. Even the National president of the coalition of Concerned Teachers came out and informed journalists they have made progress in terms of their demand for better condition of service.

Ladies and gentlemen, some of us come from a poor home and paying school fees is a problem, I am appealing to the ungrateful teacher Unions singing praises to former president Mahama to reconsider their decisions because Mahama will collapse free SHS when voted into power.

I believe Ghana will prosper under the Leadership of DR. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, the next president of Ghana.

May the Almighty Allah bless NPP government.
