HON. DR. DOMINIC GYASI INSPECTS ONGOING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN SEFWI WIAWSO MUNICIPALITY
The Municipal Chief Executive for Sefwi Wiawso Municipality, Hon. Dr. Dominic Gyasi, has embarked on an inspection tour of ongoing development projects across the municipality to assess the progress of work and engage the media on government interventions aimed at improving education and healthcare delivery.
The inspection exercise covered several projects, including some legacy projects that had been abandoned since 2016 but have now seen renewed attention under the current administration.
Among the projects visited were:
Sefwi Kojina – Essamkrom CHIPS Compound — 95% complete
Kwasiaddaekrom KG Block — 60% complete
Pɛwodeɛ 3-Unit Classroom Block — 92% complete
Kɛtɛboi CHIPS Compound
Nyamennaeɛ 3-Unit Classroom Block — 98% complete
Aboduam 6-Unit Classroom Block
Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital Maternity Block
Speaking during the tour, Hon. Dr. Dominic Gyasi expressed satisfaction with the steady progress of work on the various projects, particularly the resumption of construction on the long-stalled maternity block at the Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital.
According to him, the Assembly remains committed to ensuring the completion of all ongoing projects to improve access to quality healthcare and education within the municipality.
He further assured residents that the government is dedicated to delivering massive developmental projects that will positively impact the lives of the people of Sefwi Wiawso and its surrounding communities.
Hon. Dr. Dominic Gyasi also appealed to residents to exercise patience and continue to trust the government’s vision and commitment towards the development of the municipality.
During the inspection tour, he emphasized that efforts are being intensified to complete all ongoing projects and bring meaningful progress and transformation to the area.
