EDUCATION : ASSEMBLY MEMBER DONATES 30 DUAL DESK TO SEFWI ABONO D/A PRIMARY SCHOOL

Mr.Kwame Marko, the Assembly Member of Kofikrom/ Proso Electoral Area in the Sefwi Juaboso District of the Western North Region, has presented 30 dual desks to Sefwi Abono D/A Primary School to enhance teaching and learning effectively.

According to him, education had been the priority of his preferential policies, which compelled him to respond quickly to the call of the school on lack of desks for the school. 

He continued that during his campaign tour and when he gets to Sefwi Abono D/A Primary School; he realized that sitting arrangements of the students were in the right direction, so he went to their District Assembly for support but it yield anything and with the help of others benevolent he was able to do the dual desk and present to the school.

He used the opportunity to admonish the head teacher of the school to work assiduously and express his readiness to resource them with the necessary teaching and learning materials.

Nana Bedebu Assaw II, Chief of Sefwi Abono, show his excitement to the Assemblyman and advised him to talk to his supporters to desist from politics of insults. He assured him that with this donation, he will definitely win the elections.

The Headmaster of the school, Francis Aduhene, was full of praise to the Assembly member for his supportive for the timely intervention.

“ This donation would go a long way to facilitate the smooth running of the schools,” he added

He also used the opportunity to appeal to other benevolent organizations to emulate the good example of the Assemblyman.
