Ladies and gentlemen, the Movement for Justice and Equal Right, the most powerful pressure group within the Western North Region, would like to take this great opportunity to set the record straight.

Some names have popped up as potential campaign managers for Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia’s presidential campaign team. Names like Mr Peter Mac manu, Mr. Sammy Awuku,Hon. Dan Botwe,Mr John Boadu and Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyapong. Among these names, the only trusted and deserving person is Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyapong.

Hon. Kennedy Agyapong,Mr Boakye Agyarko and Hon. Addai Nimo is also excellent materials and would be a good campaign manager.

We are going to this year’s general elections prepared and appointing an incompetent person as campaign manager will be disastrous.

Ladies and gentlemen, the choice of running mate lies in the hands of our flag bearer, DR Mahamudu Bawumia, and nobody can dispute that fact.

We are only here to make recommendation,we believe the former chair of the Church of Pentecost, Professor Opoku Nyinna or DR.Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education will be a better candidate to partner DR Mahamudu Bawumia.

Anyone of these two men of integrity could be best vice president for Ghana.

Ladies and gentlemen,we are appealing to the Leadership of NPP and the government to listen to the grassroot supporters. Grassroot supporters of our party ought to be listened to because they played an active role in bringing the party to power.

Grassroot supporters matter and let’s treat them right for victory in this year’s general elections.
