Pastors urged to embody humility and respect towards their congregation

Bishop Sarah Kosokowsky, General Overseer of Kosokowsky Bible College, has advised pastors to embody humility and respect towards their congregation.

Speaking after the ordination of the 3rd batch of pastors, she emphasized the importance of maintaining a lifestyle that reflects their spiritual calling.

"If your lifestyle doesn't reflect your ordination, it's not good," Bishop Kosokowsky cautioned, urging pastors to let God's will manifest in their lives. She noted that spiritual leaders should be humble, drawing comparisons to worldly leaders who show humility to their subjects.

Apostle Addo Boado, Head Pastor of Moves Chapel International, echoed similar sentiments, advising individuals not to self-appoint as pastors but rather wait for God's calling.
"If you don't wait for God's calling and instead call yourself, it'll be difficult to do the work,"

He warned, emphasizing that God's work requires a divine calling and investment of time and resources.

By prioritizing humility and divine calling, spiritual leaders can build trust and credibility with their congregation, ultimately serving as effective vessels for God's will.
