NPP Patron Urges Unity and Support for Dr. Bawumia Ahead of 2028 Elections

The Chairman of the Council of Patrons of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Constituency, Alhaji Ben Ali Seaman, has made a passionate appeal to party supporters to unite behind Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia as the party prepares for the 2028 general elections.

Addressing party faithful in the constituency, Alhaji Seaman stressed that unity and reconciliation must remain the party’s top priority following recent internal democratic processes. He noted that democracy has ultimately prevailed within the NPP and urged members to respect the outcome and focus on strengthening the party’s fortunes ahead of the next national polls.

According to him, internal divisions could weaken the party’s chances if not addressed early, adding that now is the time for supporters, executives, and grassroots members to put aside personal differences and work together toward a common objective. He emphasized that the strength of the NPP has always been rooted in discipline, unity, and shared commitment to democratic values.

The former Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai NPP Constituency Organizer further called on party members to give their full backing to Dr. Bawumia, describing him as a competent, visionary, and unifying leader with the experience and ideas needed to lead the party to victory in 2028. He highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s track record in public service and his ability to connect with the youth and grassroots as key assets for the party.

Alhaji Seaman also encouraged party leaders at all levels to intensify grassroots mobilization, deepen engagement with supporters, and promote peace and tolerance within the party. He said sustained outreach and internal harmony would be critical in rebuilding momentum and consolidating the NPP’s support base across the country.

He concluded by calling on all NPP supporters in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Constituency and beyond to remain loyal, committed, and focused, stressing that a united front would position the party strongly to reclaim victory in the 2028 general elections.
