NPP ORPHAN PRIMARIES : Dr. ALEXANDER AMPAABENG SHOWDOWN MARTHA KWAYIE

Dr. Alexander Ampaabeng has been elected as the parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the Sefwi Juaboso constituency in the Western North Region.

In a total of 647 valid votes cast, Dr. Alexander Ampaabeng emerged with a substantial lead, amassing 372 votes, while the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Forestry Commission Hon.Martha Kyaie Manu secured 274 votes.

Before the announcement of his victory, Alexander Ampaabeng and his supporters were captured jubilating in the constituency.

Speaking with the media , the Chief Executive Officer for Nokoree fm Dr. Alexander Ampaabeng stated that the unity of the party is essential to its success, therefore all members must unite to build a unified front in order to retrieve the Sefwi Juaboso Seat from the NDC.

Once again, we, in the NPP, have demonstrated that we are the Party that is committed to the tenets of multi-party democracy, ", he added.

He thanked the media and the Electoral Commission for their roles in the conduct of proceedings.
