Kenyasi Sports Stadium to Become Active and Accessible - DCE

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Asutifi North in the Ahafo Region, Hon. Hafiz Dauda Debeil, has announced that the Kenyasi Sports Stadium will soon be active and fully accessible to the public.

 The stadium project, funded by the Minerals Commission, features modern facilities, including an AstroTurf football pitch, Tartan athletics tracks, a VIP stand, press stand, 500-seater spectator stand, changing rooms, toilet facilities, car park, paved areas, and walkways.

During a recent visit to the stadium, Hon. Debeil emphasized the importance of sports as a tool for employment and revenue generation. He noted that the Assembly is committed to harnessing sports to develop young talents in the district. The DCE further stated that the Assembly will engage relevant stakeholders to organize an official opening ceremony for the facility.
