2023/24 Ghana Premier League: Week 18 Match - Bibiani Goldstars beat Berekum Chelsea To Begin Second Round

Berekum based club Berekum Chelsea today defeated by Bibiani GoldStars at Bibiani Dun’s Park three goals to one in the Ghana Premier League.

The Gye-Nyame boys today hosted Berekum Chelsea at the Bibiani Dun’s Park in their first game in the second round of the 2023/2024 league campaign.

In a game serving as a week 18 contest of the league season, Berekum Chelsea started the game well with an open score on the 8th minutes by Mizack Afriyie while Prince Owusu Kwabena equalised on the 12th minute for Bibiani GoldStars in the first department of the game.

Frank Amankwah on the 74th and Appiah MacCarthy on the 86th minutes in the second half scored two goals for the Gye-Nyame boys to carry the three points.

Bibiani GoldStars have moved to from a 14th position on the league table to 13th position of the league standings with 21 points. Their next game is against Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports stadium.
