AG Bio Engineers Entrepreneurship Training has trained 45 youths from various communities within and outside Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal of the Western North Region.

They are training in bio digester, liquid soap, honey making, brown sugar, weedicide, fish farming, shower gel,car tracking device, mushrooms farming and snail farming, after which the trainees were awarded a certificate of participation.

Speaking with Bibianinews.com, Mr.Kwame Adu-Gyamfi, the Chief Executive Office, said the youth were the future leaders of this country, and there must be an awakening reminder that the days of getting white-collar jobs after school were gone.

He cautioned the youth to use their time to reflect on their lives while at school to strategise and restructure their goals by including vocation as part of their plans to remove the tag of unemployment on them.

Mr.Adu-Gyamfi acknowledged that vocational and entrepreneurial skills always paved way for several opportunities both locally and internationally, and further advised the youth to be morally upright, change their attitude and show respect to the elderly.

He also urged the youth to develop an interest in the creation of their own jobs to close the unemployment gap in the country.

He said although the government was doing everything possible through its flagship initiatives to give jobs to the youth, it would take the collective effort of all to create jobs for the youth.

He called on the government to collaborate with individual entrepreneurs in the vocational training aimed at empowering young men and women by making it easier for them to make a living.

He therefore admonished the beneficiaries of the programme to make good use of the opportunity they have got to build their future.

The participants described the training as a good initiative, as it has equipped them with the skills needed to be financially independent.
